Ingredients

50 g butter (1.8 oz)
4 slices of sandwich bread

Topping

125 g Black River Caviar (0.3 lbs)

Preparation

Cut off the crust using a bread knife, and cut each slice in four triangles.

Preheat the oven at 180 °C (356 °F) and toast the bread until evenly brown.

Serve each toast with fresh butter and Black River Caviar.
