All products are guaranteed to be in good condition when delivered. Product should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If product is found to be unsatisfactory please keep packaging intact and contact our Customer Service immediately. All requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt of product. Southern Star will issue a return authorization code. Southern Star cannot accept any returns without this code. Once we receive the return we will either issue full credit or re-ship new product if requested. If product is discarded by you or received back to us partially consumed we cannot issue credit.
