1. Shipping and handling on all orders within the Continental United States are as follows:
a. All orders less than 100 Grams: $32.50
Free shipping on all orders 100 grams and above.

2. All orders are shipped FedEx Overnight.
3. Deadlines: Orders must be placed by 12:30 PM EST Monday through Thursday to arrive next day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM EST Thursday will arrive the following Tuesday. Saturday orders are available for an extra $10 and must be placed by 12:30 PM EST Friday.
4. Deliveries are unavailable on and the day after the following holidays due to FedEx being closed. New Years Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
5. Please make sure that if your shipping address is different from your billing address that you include that information on the order form.
6. It is imperative that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package and refrigerate the contents upon delivery as soon as possible. Southern Star Caviar cannot take responsibility if items spoil after they are delivered.
