Ingredients

50 g unsalted butter (1.8 oz)

4 slices of brioche

Lemon cut in half

 

Topping

100 g Black River Caviar (0.3 lbs)

Preparation

Cut off the bread crust using a bread knife, and cut each slice in four triangles.

Preheat the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) and lightly toast the bread until evenly brown.

Serve each toast with softened, unsalted butter with a light squeeze (2-3 drops) of fresh lemon juice, then top with a dollop of Black River Caviar.
