All orders ship FedEx next day delivery and only to physical addresses. No PO Boxes please. Black River Caviar cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or other natural disasters.
Black River Caviar is happy to replace product if product is received in unacceptable condition. Due to the perishability of our products we cannot accept returns. Please contact us directly by email at email@example.com.
If unhappy due to poor quality or delayed delivery caused by neglect from Black River Caviar or delay caused by our shipping company and not weather related we will be happy to refund 100% of the purchase price. Please contact us directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
