1K Caviar Club
The 1K Caviar Club gives Members exclusive access to Black River's most exquisite caviar lots harvested at our farm in Uruguay.
1K Caviar Club Members receive 500g of Black River's premium Imperial and/or Royale grade Oscietra, and 500g of "Special Lot" caviar from our upcoming 2022 harvest. We harvest our fish individually in lots, and put aside the "Special Lots" of caviar that are unique in color, roe size and above all flavor.
Each 1K shipment includes the classic accoutrements of blini, creme fraiche and BRCs handmade gourmet chips.
We offer Black River's exclusive and rare caviar to connoisseurs seeking the best.

- Caviar grades: Imperial, Royale and Special Lots of Master Selection, Amber, Reserve.
- Members select when Special Lots are available. Quantities are limited. Allocations made on a first come basis.
- Custom shipping schedule. We ship when and where you choose.
- Black River gifts 1K Members an additional 100g of Reserve Select on the last shipment.
- 1K Club Caviar ships the first Monday of each month, (max. 12 shipments per 12 month subscription).
