The recipe is so simple and delicious:
- Lightly toast brioche, or choose a crostini, an Olina’s wafer cracker, or even a blini
- Spread softened Bella Crema butter on it – any of the three kinds works beautifully
- Add a few drops of fresh lemon onto the butter (not on the caviar, but on the butter)
- Top with a spoonful of Black River Caviar.
